QXP型切線流泵是一種單級(jí)單吸部分流泵。該泵是針對(duì)小流量、高揚(yáng)程，特別是對(duì)含固介質(zhì)容易磨損的工況而設(shè)計(jì)。

   泵由于采用切線流泵設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)，從零流量至設(shè)計(jì)流量變化時(shí)，泵的揚(yáng)程為一恒定值,這一特點(diǎn)特點(diǎn)適用于與噴嘴配套使用的場(chǎng)合， 也適應(yīng)其它各種要求泵具有自調(diào)特性的場(chǎng)合，同時(shí)該泵對(duì)葉輪與前后泵蓋間隙不敏感，當(dāng)由于磨、腐蝕造成間隙增大時(shí)，泵的性能基本不變化。

   該泵由于其特殊設(shè)計(jì),在流量偏離設(shè)計(jì)點(diǎn)時(shí)，葉輪及泵軸不存在不平衡徑向力的作用，確保了泵的

運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)穩(wěn)定，軸承壽命長(zhǎng)。

   該泵由于葉輪為全開式，同時(shí)采用合適的機(jī)械密封及其它密封,運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中無(wú)泄漏?？梢圆捎米冾l調(diào)速器調(diào)速，性能調(diào)整方便，可與計(jì)算機(jī)連接，對(duì)泵實(shí)行電腦控制。

     QXP emission pump is single - stage singlesuction partial emission pump.This pump is de-signed aiming at litle capacity and high head, es-pecially aiming at wearable solid mediums.

     Head is a constant value when capacity isfrom 0 to designed value . It is especially suitable formatched with muzzle, also suitable for auto adjust-ment.It is not sensitive to the clearance betweenimpeller and front back pump cover, when clear-ance increased because wearable or corrosive,performances are not changeable.

     For its special design, there is no imbalanceradial power when capacity departures designedvalue, which insures pump stable operation andbearing long life.

     Because impeller is whole open, adopt appro-priate mechanical sealand other seal, there is noleakage when operation.It can use frequency con-version actiyator, adjust performance conve-nience.It can connected with computer, pump is controlled with computer.
